About Dan O'Neill

Dan O'Neill When creating a painting, it's the decision making process that I enjoy. I'm always amazed how an idea for a painting can evolve and totally turn in a different direction from where I started. My goal is to create an image that is unique and will leave the viewer with a questioning sense of wonder. Traveling is important and my trips to Ireland and Europe opened a whole new view of life for me. I am a member of Mooresville Arts located in Mooresville, NC. mooresvillearts.org. I also wrote and illustrated a labor of love, my children's book, THE LEGEND of LIAR BARRY, which can be found on Amazon. The book tells the tale of a young boy who discovers his love of reading books.
